If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem!
We will gladly replace or refund the amount you paid. You may only return unused pieces which are still in their original packaging within 30 days upon delivery. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused.
If you need to return an item, do drop me an email at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product, ideally with a picture attached to demonstrate the issue at hand! We will respond within 3 business days and share with you steps on how to return with ease.
Also, if you believe that your pieces were damaged during shipping; we require you to contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your item so that we can work with you to resolve this issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks upon us receiving the returned goods. The time period breakdown as follows: 2-3 business days to process and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (2-5 business days depending on bank/card).
Do take note on the following items that cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged:
1) Items purchased during a sale/clearance sale/final sale
2) Items damaged by personal wear and tear e.g. discolouration, scratches due to regular use
